Xiaomi, a leading mobile manufacturer, finally unveiled its most awaiting smartphone Mi Max 2. Over a couple of months, there was a huge discussion going in the mobile community about Mi Max 2 specs and battery.
On 25th May 2017 at an event in China Xiaomi has announced Mi Max 2 officially. As the name says, it is a giant phone with 6.44 inch 1080p IPS full HD display with 342ppi pixel density. The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 with 2GHz of Octa Core processor.
Xiaomi climes Mi Max 2 is more comfortable and can be one handed use with its updated design. Mi Max 2 comes with 4GB of RAM with an onboard storage of 64/128GB which can be extended up to 256GB via external SD card.
For shutter buggers phone comes with 12MP Sony Exmor RS IMX386 sensor with dual tone LED flash as a rare camera, there is 5MP front facing camera for selfies.
The rare camera has the capacity can shoot 4K videos with a resolution limited to 1080p. Mi Max 2 runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat with its MiUI 8.
One of the most dominant features and attractive in Mi Max 2 is its battery it packs a massive 5300mAh battery which supports quick charging 3.0 technology which charges 68% of the battery in one hour and the phone can long last up to 2days upon full charging.
Mi Max 2 have dual stereo speakers one at the top and other at the bottom which sounds perfect while gaming, listening music and watching a movie.
Xiaomi says Mi Max 2 will be available in the market from June 2017 which costs around $248 (Rs.16000/-) for the 64GB variant, $291 (Rs.19000/-) for 128GB variant.
